Prefab Assembly Technician
Assemble prefabricated floor cassettes, wall panels, and roof panels in our manufacturing facility. Experience with framing preferred but will train the right candidate.
BIM / 3D Modeler
Create detailed 3D/BIM models for prefabricated structural components. Proficiency in modeling software required. Construction experience a plus.
General Laborer
Support factory operations. No experience required — we'll train you. Great entry point for a career in construction.
NCC Carpentry Academy
The NCC Carpentry Academy is our investment in the future of construction. We provide hands-on training in prefabricated construction techniques, teaching the next generation of skilled carpenters how to work with modern building systems.
