Installation Process
How our components go from truck to structure — installed by your crew.
Site Preparation
Foundation and podium deck are prepared and inspected. NCC coordinates delivery timing with the general contractor to ensure seamless sequencing.
Component Delivery
Prefabricated panels and cassettes arrive on trucks and trailers, labeled and sequenced in installation order. No lay-down area required.
Crane Set
Components are crane-lifted into position by your crew. Floor cassettes are placed first, followed by walls, then roof panels. Each cassette provides an immediate solid working platform.
Connection & Securing
Your crew connects, fastens, and secures panels per the engineer's specifications. A crew of 3 can set up to 5,000 sq ft per day.
