How It Works

Our System

NCC's panelized prefabrication system transforms the way structures are framed — replacing slow, wasteful stick-framing with precision-built components manufactured in a controlled factory environment.

Components keep getting better - the evolution of construction components from the 1600s to present day NCC prefabrication

The NCC Process

Five streamlined steps from design to a solid work platform.

1

Design & Engineering

Our team works with your architects and engineers using advanced 3D/BIM modeling to design every structural component with precision before a single piece of lumber is cut.

Design & Engineering
2

Factory Fabrication

Components are manufactured in our controlled facility — eliminating weather delays, reducing waste, and ensuring consistent quality on every panel and cassette.

Factory Fabrication
3

Delivery to Site

Panels arrive on trucks and trailers, labeled and sequenced for installation order. No lay-down area required — components go directly from truck to structure.

Delivery to Site
4

Rapid Installation

Your crew of just 3 can set up to 5,000 sq ft per day. Panels are crane-set, connected, and secured — dramatically faster than stick framing. NCC manufactures and delivers; your crew installs.

Solid Work Platform

The moment a cassette is set, your crew has a solid, sheathed work surface. No open joists, no temporary covers — the floor IS the platform for the next level.

Why Prefabricated?

The advantages of NCC's system over traditional construction methods.

No lay-down area needed on site
Only empty glue containers as framing debris — cleaner job sites
Crew of 3 sets 5,000 sq ft per day
60-70% faster than traditional framing
Reduced labor costs and fewer workers on site
Factory quality control on every component
Less material waste — better for the environment
All-weather manufacturing — no rain delays

Traditional Framing vs. NCC System

See how panelized construction compares to conventional stick-framing.

CategoryTraditional FramingNCC System
Installation Speed800-1,000 sq ft / day (8-person crew)5,000 sq ft / day (3-person crew)
Labor RequiredLarge framing crews (upwards of 40 workers)Small install crew (3 workers)
Site DebrisSignificant — daily cleanup requiredMinimal — only empty glue containers
Weather ImpactHigh — rain stops all framing workLow — panels built indoors
Quality ControlVaries by crew skillFactory-controlled, consistent
Material Waste15-20% typical wasteUnder 5% waste
