Project Overview
A 450-unit, 5-level multi-family residential project built in partnership with Ciarra Construction. NCC delivered prefabricated floor cassettes spanning 394,000 square feet — the second-largest project in our portfolio. The Launch showcased the time savings of panelized floor systems at scale, with floor sections craned into place and connected in a fraction of the time conventional framing would require.
